A: Inflate the board and spray soap water all around the board to see where air bubbles become visible. And you can use our repair kit to solve it easily also.the steps as following:1. Take out a patch in the repair kit and cut it at least 1cm larger than the leaking area.2. Clean the leaking area and the patch. Make sure they are completely dry.3. Apply 3 thin layers of glue on both the leaking area and the patch. Put the patch on the leaking area without pressing. Smoothing the patch to remove any bubble under the patch. Clean any excess glue and dry it for at least 12 hours
Q: What to do if the air valve leaks?
A: please don't worry, you can use our repair kit to solve it easily, please deflate the board and tighten the valve using the wrench in the repair kit. Insert the wrench into the valve and turn clockwise until tightened. Inflate the board again to check if the leaking is fixed
Q: How to adjust and fix Paddle?
A: ADDLE ASSEMBLY:1. Open the clamp and slide the middle shaft into the blade piece until the metal pin is in place. Then close the clamp.2. There is no metal pin in the handle piece. Simply slide it into the middle shaft until you get the desired length and close the clamp to secure.Troubleshooting: If the handle cannot be secured after the clamp is closed, the screws on the clamp need to be tightened.
